Built to be the tool your CCO approves

Most firms rightly prohibit pasting client account data into consumer AI chatbots. TieoutIQ exists so advisors get the speed of AI inside a controlled, auditable, contractual perimeter.

Your data trains nothing

Client statements and extracted holdings are never used to train models, ours or anyone else's. We put this commitment in writing with every firm we work with.

Data processing agreement

A written data-processing agreement is available to every firm, covering processing scope, retention, and deletion. Statements are deleted on your schedule, or immediately after analysis if you prefer.

Audit trail

Uploads, analyses, and proposal exports are recorded with timestamps today, and full who/when audit logging ships with team accounts. It is built for the record your books-and-records process wants to see.

Encryption everywhere

Encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.

Human-in-the-loop by design

Extractions ship with reconciliation results and confidence flags. Nothing reaches a client document without an advisor's review. TieoutIQ prepares, the adviser advises.

SOC 2 roadmap

SOC 2 Type II is on our compliance roadmap. The observation window begins with our first production firms. We'll walk any firm through our security practices during evaluation.

Questions we answer before you ask

Where does TieoutIQ run?

TieoutIQ runs on AWS, hosted in the EU (Frankfurt, eu-central-1). Statements are processed and stored there, and deleted on your retention schedule. Statements are never shared with third-party AI providers unless your firm explicitly opts in, and any opt-in is disclosed up front.

Data residency

All processing today runs in a single AWS region (eu-central-1, Frankfurt); additional regions, including US hosting, are on the roadmap. Firms with specific data-residency requirements can review deployment details with us during evaluation.

Is TieoutIQ an adviser?

No. TieoutIQ is software used by registered advisers. Analyses and proposals are prepared for adviser review and are not investment advice until adopted and delivered by your firm.

Can we self-verify?

Yes. Every proposal traces back to the statement rows it came from, so your compliance review can check any number in seconds.
